Event Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it! If you need to reschedule your event, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund
- 0–7 days before your event: No refund
- 7–30 days before your event: 25% refund
- 31–90 days before your event: 50% refund
- 91+ days before your event: 75% refund
Venue Details & Guidelines
Your Booked Time
We’ll have the space ready for you at the time you’ve reserved.
Please remember to book enough time for setup and cleanup, in addition to your event.
For example, if your event runs from 2–4 PM, you might want to book from 1–5 PM or 1:30–4:30 PM.
Tables & Chairs
We offer both round and rectangular tables, along with about 12 chairs, for your use.
If you’d like us to set these up ahead of time, just let us know! Tablecloths or paper coverings are required, as some tables show normal wear.
Food
Feel free to bring your own food or hire a caterer — whatever works best for your event.
Drinks & Alcohol
If you plan to serve alcohol, a Private Event Insurance Policy is required. It only takes a few minutes to purchase, usually costs under $100, and helps protect both you and MAKERS in case of an incident.
